"Oblivion"
"Oblivion" is a bust sculpted in Super Sculpey.
It represents a man 'exploding' in a cloud of smoke and fire.
In a desperate attempt to survive he is trying to hold himself up while his life slips away.
I really believe that for some miniatures "less is more" so I focused on the facial expression and the dynamics of the body without adorning the bust with details or accessories which would distract the viewer.
The miniature is a great white canvas for experimenting with light effects and skin tones.
"Oblivion" is cast in gray resin and comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
