(updated on 22/02/2023) The shipping and delivery of the products purchased on the website are carried out worldwide. Miniatures are shipped from the UK or Italy depending on stock availability and destination.

I will try to ship your order from:

- Italy for orders within the EU. 🇪🇺

- UK for the rest of the world. 🇬🇧

If you are a European customer ordering multiple products, please look at the info section 'Shipping from' on the product page of the miniature you are interested in to make sure that all products can be shipped from Italy. In case they aren't, I would ship your order from the UK.  (I will keep the product pages up to date, tracking the stocks I have in Italy).

Shipping costs depend on the country of destination and the weight of the parcel. You can either choose standard or tracked shipping. 

Orders are generally processed within 7-10 days.

Shipping cost range from £4 to £15, the best way to find out how much it costs to deliver to your location is to add products to your shopping basket and proceed to the checkout. From here you can enter your country and click the drop-down box to see what shipping options are available to you.
